The Book

The New Eight Steps to Happiness, written by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, reveals powerful methods for developing universal love 
and compassion, the source of true happiness for both ourself and others. 

Who's Giving the Talk?

Gen Kelsang Khedrub is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston. Through his humility and deep understanding of Buddha’s teachings, Gen Khedrub provides an inspiring example of a contemporary Buddhist practitioner we can follow.

 
This book talk is presented by Tharpa Publications US.
 
Kadampa Meditation Center New York is located in Sullivan County Catskills at 47 Sweeney Road, Glen Spey, NY 12737. Open to everyone. Offering in person meditation classes, kids meditation classes, Buddhist meditation retreats and meditation workshops,  beginner friendly meditation retreats, silent retreats and more.
